Refund Conditions
1. Returns for Physical Products
We offer a 30-day return policy for physical items. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Used or opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return it following our standard return procedure and place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
2. Refund Policy for Online Courses
Digital products (online courses, masterclasses) are non-refundable, except in specific cases.
Refunds are available if:

you have not completed more than 20% of the course,

there are technical issues that prevent course completion,

the course does not match its description.
Refund requests for courses must be made within 14 days of purchase.

3. Refund Processing
Once your return or refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
